You can check in for your stay with us from 3pm onwards. Check out is 11am. For early check in and late check out, please contact our reception desk on the day of arrival.

If you book on our flexible rate, our cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. Should you book on an advance purchase rate, this is non refundable and non transferable. For groups of 8 or more, separate terms and conditions will apply.

We are operating as a cashless business. Card types accepted are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Parking is complimentary on site, and we have electric vehicle charging points available for your use.

Our Healthclub is open from 6.30am until 10pm Monday to Thursday, and 6.30am until 8pm Friday, and 7.30 - 8pm Saturday and Sunday. Use of these facilities is complimentary with your Hotel stay. You can collect a towel from reception and will require a pound coin/token for the locker. Childrens swim times are Monday – Sunday 9am - 7.30pm. Please note timings may vary during school/public holidays. To use the Hyropool, Sauna and Steam room you must be over 16.

If you are celebrating a special occasion with us please do let our team know! We can put a complimentary Birthday card in the room for you, and have additional packages available to help you celebrate. Take a look at the add ons section of your booking for items such as Bathrobes and Slippers to a bottle of Champagne.

Complimentary Wifi is available throughout the Hotel. Our Reception team will provide the code for this on check in.

We have a driving range available for your use, and a 9 and 18 hole golf course.

We have tennis courts, driving range, golf course, gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hydropool and Aura Spa

Our Aura Spa offers a wide range of treatments for you to book. Visit www.theessex.com/aura to view our list of treatments. As our Spa is very popular we recommend booking in advance to avoid dissapointment. Call 01625506000 to make a reservation.

Our Creche is for member use only.

Breakfast is served from 7.00 – 10.30 Monday to Friday, and 7.30- 10.30 Saturday and Sunday. Our restaurant is available for evening dining between 6pm until 8.30pm. Our bar is open until 11pm.

We do not accept pets at The Warwickshire, other that registered assistance dogs.
